Delivery outside the Hot Springs area may be arranged for some vehicles. Where delivery is offered, an estimated window of 5–10 business days is typical, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Actual timing depends on the delivery location, carrier availability, weather, scheduling and other transportation factors outside our control. Any delivery arrangement, cost and timeframe will be confirmed in writing before a vehicle is dispatched.

Eligible vehicles may be offered with a limited buy-back period. Where a buy-back applies, eligibility conditions and exclusions apply, and may include limits on mileage driven since purchase, vehicle condition on return, non-refundable fees, and a required return procedure.

A customer wishing to use a buy-back must contact the dealership within the applicable period and follow the return process set out in their purchase documents. A buy-back is not an automatic full refund.
